The full form of WHO is “World Health Organization“. It is a specialized organization of the United Nations (UN) that aims to promote international public health. Its objective is to guarantee a healthier future for people around the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) is a member of the United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). It has offices in more than 150 countries and works in collaboration with governments and other partners to improve people’s health. It also regularly produces the World Health Report (WHR) and sponsors World Health Day; a world health awareness day celebrated on April 7 of each year.
