The Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement or CARE (Indonesian: Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat, commonly referred to as the PPKM) is a cordon sanitaire policy of the Indonesian government since early 2021 to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.
