Odisha University of Technology and Research (ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବୈଷୟିକ ଓ ଗବେଷଣା ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ)formerly College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar (CETB) (ଯାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ଓ ବୈଷୟିକ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର) is a public technical unitary university under the state government in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, India. It was established in 1981, by Government of Orissa, as a constituent college of Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology(OUAT). Students are admitted to the college through the Joint Entrance Examination (main) merit list of Government of India.
