National Logistics Cell (NLC) is the premier multimodal logistics organization of Pakistan. NLC works under the overall umbrella of National Logistics Board (NLB) headed by Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (PD&SI) with secretaries of relevant federal ministries as its members.

It is the single largest container fleet operator of the country. NLC employs multimodal means of transportation including road, train, sea and air to provide end-to-end solutions.

NLC's capability is further augmented by a network of dry ports and warehousing facilities in major commercial hubs and gateway towns of Pakistan. NLC operates terminals at border crossing points with neighboring countries that act as trade facilitation centers in movement of goods.

Applied Technologies Institutes of NLC (ATINs) work as CSR project of the organization providing technical and vocational training to students. The institutes have trained more than 64,000 students in 37 different trades of applied technologies.
