The University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos (UNO-Recoletos, Filipino: Unibersidad ng Negros Occidental – Rekoletos, colloquially UNO-R), is a private, Catholic coeducational basic and higher education institution administered by the Order of Augustinian Recollects in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Philippines It was founded in 1941.

The UNO-Recoletos College of Arts and Sciences was granted Level III accreditation by the Philippines Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU). Moreover, the College of Engineering and College of Information Technology were granted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) the distinction as Centers of Development and Excellence in their Electrical Engineering and Information Technology courses, respectively.

Also, the CHED, through the Institutional Development and Innovation Grant (IDIG) proposals, funded an e-Learning for agriculture education project. This project is called the Recoletos Online Learning Extension (ROLEx) administered by the agriculture Program of the College of Arts and Sciences.
